[Tubetk-developers] Application naming - cast your vote

[Stephen Aylward]

This is going to require renaming every directory and project.
However, for the directory names I am going to remove the pre-pending
tubetk.   Only the executables that are build will have the pre-pended
tubetk.

Agreed?
