[Tomviz] python + tomviz

Hi Matt,

Another really cool new feature that may be of interest is running the data
operator pipeline in Docker/a separate Python. It is not fully functional
yet, but once complete you can save JSON pipelines for data operators out,
and run them on as many inputs as required, even rewriting the pipeline
values if desired. We haven't talked about this much yet as it is not
complete, but it may do some of what you want.

Best,

Marcus
