[Tomviz] smoothing objects

Dear Tomviz mailing list,

I am using Microscopy Image Browser to segment SBF-EM images, and then
timviz to visualize.

The problem I am having is that the images that are produced in tomviz are
very granulated - see attached screen shot and .mrc file, for opening in
Tomviz.

Does anyone know how I can smooth the data between the sections, so that it
doesn't look so granular?​
