I am trying to develop software for my specific purpose and I want to use
the interactive Histogram widget from Tomviz in my project (which controls
the opacity). So, does tomviz provides any API for this ?? Or from source
code which files/classes should I import ?!
Does that widget is provided by VTK itself?

https://github.com/OpenChemistry/tomviz/issues/1641 hopefully that gives
you the detail you need.

Dear Tomviz mailing list,

I am using Microscopy Image Browser to segment SBF-EM images, and then
timviz to visualize.

The problem I am having is that the images that are produced in tomviz are
very granulated - see attached screen shot and .mrc file, for opening in
Tomviz.

Does anyone know how I can smooth the data between the sections, so that it
doesn't look so granular??
