Hi Haocheng,
I see the problem... there were some old-style VTK modules in `Source/VTKExtensions`, along with some references to things in PV that have changed. See this MR:

for the changes that get CMBv5 building for me (with superbuild master and SMTK master). I was able to load a model and create polygons interactively. Note that using the newest SMTK is cosmetically unappealing since it adds panels/toolbars for CMBv6 to the CMBv5 UI (and they do nothing for CMBv5 other than take up screen real estate). However, if we need to maintain CMBv5 by bumping SMTK forward in the future, this change will help so I submitted the MR.
