[Smtk-developers] Moving to Discourse

Hi Everyone.

We decided to transitioned to using Discourse for discussions and announcements related to CMB and SMTK.  Please visit discourse.kitware.com <http://discourse.kitware.com/> to keep up with us; no account is required to view or search and you can use Google to sign in if you prefer not to create a local account in order to post messages.

I think this will greatly improve the ability to track and search conversations.
