We already serialize the classification of meshsets onto models in the SMTK json file. This would happen the same way.

It is also possible we will add some metadata to the HDF5 file and store the map there. It's HDF5, so as long as we don't use any reserved paths for the metadata, MOAB will be oblivious to it.
