[Smtk-developers] Using C++ 11 Syntax

http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/supported-platforms.html may be of interest, as
Qt 5.7 requires C++11 their supported platforms for 5.7 is likely a
good starting point. I was checking minimum OS versions for Qt
yesterday and saw this.
