[Smtk-developers] Updating to ParaView 5.1.1

Hi All,

Last week Yumin and I worked on getting CMB/SMTK to work with the about to be released version of ParaView 5.1.1 - I’m going to be merging all 3 branches (SMTK, CMB, and the CMB SuperBuild) - if you pull from the master branch of SMTK or CMB after the merge you will need to build ParaView from its release branch (or just update your super build and it will do it automatically).
