[Smtk-developers] Rebased smtk_mesh

I don't know if I ever tested with the CGM session enabled. Does the
non rebased branch work with CGM?

I have a few updates to the smtk::mesh::Manager to make it aware of
the model to mesh associations, once I am finished the work I will
send you a PR.
