Hi Bob,

> There was a miscommunication and a pull request in shiboken (#6) was not merged before the matching PR for SMTK. The shiboken PR needs to be merged to smtk-head and then your superbuild of shiboken updated.

The shiboken PR has been merged. I reran the travis build for your PR (the Pugi XML bump) and everything was OK, so I merged it.
