[Rtk-users] Release of RTK v2.4.0

Dear RTK users,
RTK v2.4.0 <https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/archive/v2.4.0.zip> has just
been released. This release is intended to produce Python packages
compatible with ITK V5.3rc04.

Release notes:

   - New convenience functions ReadGeometry / WriteGeometry,
   - New tilt feature in the ImagingRing geometry,
   - Improved Forbild projection,
   - Several bug fixes and style improvements.
