Hi,
I have 20 projections of a target and I would like to understand what can I
do wrong because my result is bad.
So, here are the parameters of the system:
   -
   SID: 83.9 cm
   -
   SDD: 131.0 cm
   -
   SourceOffsetY: 1.42 cm
   -
   SourceOffsetX: 1.42 cm
   -
   DetectorOffsetY: -1.07 cm
   -
   DetectorOffsetX: -1.07 cm
   -
Gantry Angle: depends on the particular projection.
The detector is a Mercu1717V. Pixel matrix is 3072x3072, the detector
effective area is: 427.008×427.008mm
I ran these commands:
rtksimulatedgeometry.exe -o geometry.xml -f 0 -n 20 --sdd 1310 --sid=839
--proj_iso_x=0 --proj_iso_y=0 --source_x=0 --source_y=0
rtkfdk -g geometry.xml -p ./dcm -r .*.dcm -o fdk.mha --hann 0.5 --pad 1.0
--verbose
and the result is:
https://gyazo.com/1aec04c1be241e39c483e208ded2bc86
The proj_iso_* and source_* parameters are 0 because I got an error with
the values above.
I'm new in the RTK and CBCT world so I have to learn a lot of these things.
Thank you for any help!
Regards,
Attila Nagy
