[Rtk-users] first time building rtk

Hi,
There was a problem indeed when compiling with the RTK_PROBE_EACH_FILTER
option. This has been fixed
<https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/commit/9621249274ec135a97e27329719776c4f1f5f84a>
in a commit following the one in ITK. Either deactivate this option or set
Module_RTK_GIT_TAG to the master HEAD (currently
6c5d5c2a25a2dd15d3b5ae1d2b9e6f8360b2208d).
