You'll want the ITK ImageSeriesReader:

Checkout the example:
https://itk.org/Doxygen/html/Examples_2IO_2ImageSeriesReadWrite_8cxx-example.html#_a2
Replace PNG with BMP and let the "writer" would correspond to your
CudaFDKConeBeamReconstructionFilter object.
