Hi,
There is nothing that prevents you from correcting
rtkXRadRawToAttenuationImageFilter.hxx
<https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/blob/master/code/rtkXRadRawToAttenuationImageFilter.hxx>
to read the dark and bright images from your raw files.
