Please use the mailing list.
nsort and submatch are used to change the sorting of the projections, 
that will not help you. If you're sure that you have his files in the 
directory d:\db\img_1.3.46.423632.135428.1351013645.166, maybe try a 
simpler regexp such as --regexp his, without quotes, to see if that 
help. There might be differences in quote behavior from OS to OS and I 
don't use Windows.
