[Rtk-users] Regd OpenRTK installation

Hi,
Please use the mailing list. You can manually add -fPIC in CMAKE_C_FLAGS 
and CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS to both ITK and RTK compilations.
No, the ITK GPU option is not required.
