[Rtk-users] Parallel beam?

Hi,
We have started working on it but many things are not yet ready. Only
rtkfdk should work by setting SourceToDetectorDistance to 0. The rest
(forward projection, sart, shepp logan simulations, etc.) has not been
adapted yet.
