[Rtk-users] For Questions about the installing of RTK

Hi Debin,
Please use the rtk mailing list, other people might be interested by
your questions and/or able to answer them.
I'm not sure which cxx you are refering to... but each test can be run
separately.
You don't need to install Cuda or OpenCL and you don't have to rewrite
the CMakeLists.txt.
To start with, I would advise you to run the script examples that are
available on the wiki, e.g.,
http://wiki.openrtk.org/index.php/RTK/Scripts/FDK
