I'd like to run it with my own data, but it's hard to guess from the source code how the input data has to be formatted, stored, named, ... I have a valid geometry file, I think, so mostly I need to understand how to pass the projections to rtkfdk, what the config file is for, and how regular expressions are used. A small example with some sample data would be great, but if there isn't, a short description would do the trick. I'm not sure which cxx you are refering to... but each test can be run separately. You don't need to install Cuda or OpenCL and you don't have to rewrite the CMakeLists.txt. Another alternative is to disable BUILD_TESTING, you don't need to compile tests to use RTK.
