The filter outputs the points interior to the surface.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">You mention the output of vtkDelaunay3D which is not a surface but a mesh.
