[Paraview] time to kill the mailing lists?

The current paraview website has a link to mailing lists:

https://www.paraview.org/

buried within that is a message that the lists have been deprecated and 
a link to the discourse forum:

https://discourse.paraview.org/

It may be helpful to make the forum a little more prominent on the 
Paraview website
