[Paraview] ParaviewWeb server / client mismatch

You need to register the following protocol
https://github.com/Kitware/visualizer/blob/master/server/pvw-visualizer.py#L196

Then make sure you call:
https://github.com/Kitware/visualizer/blob/master/server/pvw-visualizer.py#L208-L209
