[Paraview] Paraview VR .exe version

I am trying to try/use the NVIDIA IndeX plugin on the Paraview VR version.
However, this plugin requires/needs a .exe (installed) version of Paraview
(I tried it with .exe non-VR versions and it works but not with the
extracted .zip VR version). The downloads section only has the .zip version
for the VR. Anyone knows of a .exe version in the downloads section?
