[Paraview] PROBLEM_WITH_POINT_GAUSSIAN

How are those actual sizes provided in the dataset? Are those actual sizes
stored in a point-data array ? If so, you want to scale the points, and not
set the guassian radius to 1. To scale, check *Use Scale Array* on the
Properties panel and select the *Gaussian Scale Array* and * Scale Array
Component* to select the array/component for the size field.
