[Paraview] Attach Transform Filter to molecule from pdb file

Dear ParaView experts,

I read a molecule from a pdb file. As a result I see one representation showing only the bonds as a polygonal object, and one ball and stick representation which appears as an object of type "unknown". I can attach a transform filter to the polygonal object, but not to the ball and stick representation. But it is important for showing the molecule in a Cave-like environment to transform objects to a specified position, so that interaction is more comfortable (in fact the molecule should appear near the origin and scaling should reduce size to about 2 units). Is there a way to achieve that?
