[Paraview] CMake error from VTKConfig.cmake

Thanks, Mark/Christoph. I think I know what's causing the VTKm version issue.

Can you try the attached patches? The VTKm one has to be applied under
ParaView/VTK/ThirdParty/vtkm/vtk-m/.
