[Paraview] Extract surface between two blocks

I have a multi-block dataset in which I need to do some analysis on the surface between 2 blocks (specifically, I want to do a SurfaceVectors analysis on this surface, to find out how much fluid is flowing from one block to the other). I can’t figure out how to extract this surface, other than doing some very messy cropping. Any suggestions?
