[Paraview] Apply Tecplot table format file (.dat)

Hi,
I am graduate student and having problem with applying data to paraview.
I loaded Tecplot table format file and when I hit the apply button, the
error appears.
And then the program get stopped.
Let me know what should I do to solve this problem.
