[Paraview] Color Map Editor garbled display on macOS

I have a macOS 10.10.5 machine with a sapphire AMD 7950 video card and when I launch ParaView and try to use the Color Map Editor it is all garbled and messed up. I think early versions of ParaView 5.1 and 5.2 were OK but I can't remember. I tried 5.4.1 on a macOS 10.12.x MacBook Pro with NVidia 750M GPU and it shows up fine.

I'll this same machine under macOS 10.12 (Sierra) and see if it is an OS version issue and report back.
