[Paraview] Extract Cells by Region, glyphs

I’m using this filter on my polydata	(points) and it extracts them as expected (using Intersect with Plane). I display the resulting points with OSPRay. Then I use a Glyph filter on those results, but only some of the points are glyphed. See attachment. Suggestions?
