[Paraview] vtkCutter

Thanks very much, Cory! It did indeed (mostly) work for me. Wow, I continue to be amazed at PV. That was a super simple solution, thanks to the XML plugin option (and vtkContourTriangulator). 

I say “mostly” because I had some intersecting spheres in my test case and the filter got a bit confused, but overall it was quite robust.
