[Paraview] pvbatch

Alan,

pvbatch and pvpython are both built as long as PARAVIEW_ENABLE_PYTHON is
turned ON in its CMake.

So for the superbuild, it is just requires to enable Python.
For Mesa, you are supposed to enable Mesa (only supported on Linux for
sure).
To summarize:
  $ cmake -DENABLE_python=ON -DENABLE_mpi=OFF -DENABLE_mesa=ON *<OTHER
OPTIONS>* ../paraview-superbuild

Do you encounter any issue with such kind of setup?
