[Paraview] How to configure ParaView 5.2.0 to use off screen rendering?

Looking at the errors you are getting looks like
/pan20/yzzhang/EGL/eglplatform.h
needs KHR/khrplatform.h
Maybe your configuration uses different EGL header files than what you
expect.
