[Paraview] unable to fetch servers?

Mark,

I can reproduce the problem. I suspect it has to do with paraview.org
moving to https and our binaries not having OpenSSL support enabled. I've
reported the issue here:
https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/issues/17490

As a workaround, you can download the file manually and then use "Load
Servers" to import them.
