[Paraview] Point cloud to structured mesh

Alan,

As you might imagine, there are a number of ways to do this. Probably
the easiest way is to apply the Point Volume Interpolator filter to
the point source. You can change the interpolator Kernel to change how
the points are sampled onto the image grid.
