[Paraview] Compile Paraview 5.0.1 with gcc 4.1

Nabil,
Can you use gcc 4.4?  It should be available on EL5 as a technology preview
by installing the gcc44{,-c++,-gfortran} packages.  You'll then need to set
your CC and CXX env vars to /usr/bin/gcc44 and /usr/bin/g++44 respectively.
