[Paraview] [EXTERNAL] Decode a vtu file

Dear Kenneth,
Thank you for helping but i didn't mean understanding the text document if
that is what you mean.
I mean I want to access the appended data in base 64.
Maybe in command module somehow
(code to show the data)
