[Paraview] Paraview 5.2.0 compilation with support for HMD and Python

I have seen that Kitware developers have proposed a ParaView version with
support for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive HMD.
And it looks awesome, and opens a wide range of opportunities.

However, the proposed version does not embed Python scripting possibilities.

I would like to benefit from these functionnalities.

Can anyone give me some advice on:
- where to find the source code with the support for HMD
- how to compile to the code with Python support

The best would be a link to an installation file, but I am ready to compile
it!
