[Paraview] open .pvsm file

Subject: open .pvsm file

Hi all,

How to open a .pvsm state file? When I try this, the program says that a reader to open this kind of files could not be found and that I should choose one from the list. If I try one, the program blocks... Maybe a very stupid question, but I am very new to Paraview :)
