[Paraview] Maximum Number of Labels in Color Legend Does Not Function Properly When Using Log Scale

Dear Paraview Developers,

When the "Use log scale when mapping data to colors" is enabled, the 
"Maximum Number of Labels" in the "Color Legend Parameters" panel does 
not function to control the number of levels shown on the legend. I 
tested on Paraview 5.1.0 64-bit-Linux as well as Paraview 5.3.0 
64-bit-Linux, and this issue consistently presents. In addition, When 
the log scale is enabled, the "Value" section in "Annotations" fails to 
map to the correct position on the legend.
