[Paraview] Problem with plot over line in 2D data sets

Julio,

Plot Over Line can have some difficulty to probe line locations along
a 2D plane, if the locations end up slightly above of below the plane.
I suspect that what's you're seeing. When you say you use the  probe,
is that the "Probe Location" filter that you're using?
