[Paraview] paraview superbuild on Win7 with ninja/vs2013/qt4/mpi

Hello,

Did you compiled ninja using your VS2013?
Do you start ninja from a Visual Studio 2013 command line (so that cmake
can find VS compiler in the environment)?
