[Paraview] Error building Superbuild v5.0.0

[Utkarsh Ayachit]

> xxx at xxx:/data/build-paraview/install/bin$ ./mpirun -np 6 pvserver &
> [1] 23099
> [proxy:0:0 at chalo-fl] HYDU_create_process (./utils/launch/launch.c:69): execvp error on file pvserver (No such file or directory)

Try running it as:

> ./mpirun -np 6 ./pvserver
