[Paraview] [EXTERNAL] Plot csv over time

You're actually seeing all the variables in this file :). The quartile view
adds special meaning to variables prefixed by min/max/q1 etc. Just close
this view and instead show the output in a LineChartView. You'll see all
the columns in the CSV individually.
