[Paraview] VRPN plugin

Hello,

Since MPI is now included in the windows binary versions of paraview, I
would like to know if there are any plan to also Include the VRPN plugin in
the windows Binary soon.If not, why? (I've been failing Building Paraview
on Win7 with VS2013 so far....\(ToT)/....)
