[Paraview] [Non-DoD Source] ANN: ParaView 5.1.2 available for download

Yes, the changes to both of those files are in place.

Here’s what I ran prior to the build:

git clone http://paraview.org/ParaViewSuperbuild.git
cd ParaViewSuperbuild
git checkout v5.1.2

I then ran cmake using cmake-3.5.2

I can see that the build is using the 5.1.2 tar ball
