[Paraview] CGNS reader in ParaView 5.0.0

Looking into it. Seems like this is an issue only for the non-mpi
ParaView binaries on Windows. A workaround for now is to use the MPI
version (ParaView-5.0.0-Qt4-OpenGL2-MPI-Windows-64bit). You will also
need to install MSMPI [1] separately to use the MPI enabled Windows
binaries, however.
