[Paraview] Paraview 5.0.0 pdf, eps, svg export

Henrik,

As you might know, distributed binaries for ParaView 5.0.0 are based on the
new VTK 'OpenGL2' rendering backend which provides better rendering
efficiency. However, the VTK module for exporting visualization to a PDF or
PS file is highly dependent on the rendering engine... and the adaptation
of this module this new rendering backend is still in progress.
To enable this feature again you will have to compile ParaView 5.0 with the
legacy OpenGL(1) rendering backend, or use a previous version of the
software (4.4).
